These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the pricing plans offered by ANM Consultancy ("we", "our", "us"). By subscribing to or purchasing any of our pricing plans, you ("Client", "Customer", "User") agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Pricing Plans Overview
We offer various pricing plans for our services, each designed to meet different business needs. By choosing a pricing plan, you agree to the specific terms of that plan, as well as these general terms.

2. Payment Terms
All payments for pricing plans are due in advance, either on a one-time basis or as per the recurring billing cycle agreed at the time of purchase. Payment methods accepted include credit card, bank transfer, or other methods indicated on our website.

One-Time Payment Plans: Full payment must be made upfront.
Subscription/Recurring Payment Plans: Payment will be automatically charged on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle you select (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to services if payment is not received or is declined.

3. Refunds and Cancellations
We offer a refund period for new clients. After the initial refund period, no refunds will be provided unless required by law.

Cancellation of Subscription Plans: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@anmconsultancy.com or via your account dashboard on our website. Upon cancellation, services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which no further payments will be charged.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your subscription and access to services for failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions or failure to make timely payments.

4. Changes to Pricing and Plans
We reserve the right to modify our pricing plans, including the fees and features offered under each plan, at any time. Any changes will be communicated to existing customers at least 30 days in advance of the change taking effect.

Existing Subscriptions: If you have an active subscription, changes to pricing or features will apply from the next billing cycle after the 30-day notice period.

5. Service Access and Limitations
Your access to services under the selected pricing plan is subject to the terms specified in that plan, including any usage limitations (e.g., consultation hours, access to features, number of users).

Downgrading Plans: You may downgrade your plan at any time. However, any features or services associated with the higher plan will no longer be available after the downgrade, and no partial refunds will be given for unused time on the higher plan.
Upgrading Plans: You can upgrade to a higher-tier plan at any time, with the new plan and pricing taking effect immediately upon payment of the applicable fee.

6. Client Responsibilities
By subscribing to a pricing plan, you agree to use our services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You also agree to:

Maintain the confidentiality of your account login details.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Use the services only for legitimate business purposes and not for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ANM Consultancy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the services or these pricing plans, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant pricing plan during the 12-month period preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to our services, website, and pricing plans remain the property of ANM Consultancy or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any materials or intellectual property from ANM Consultancy without prior written permission.

9. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to services under your pricing plan for any of the following reasons:

Failure to pay fees due.
Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Engaging in any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
In the event of termination, any remaining fees owed for the current billing period will become immediately due and payable.

10. Data Protection and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your personal data.
